Vehicle quality warranty principle

Concrete mixer trucks shall comply with the "quality warranty conditions" stipulated in this principle. If the modified parts are damaged due to quality defects or deficiencies in product design, manufacturing, materials, assembly, etc., in strict accordance with the requirements of the product instructions, warranty services shall be provided.
The warranty principle is mainly based on repair. If it cannot be repaired, replace the corresponding damaged parts and solve it in the smallest part unit. Repairs made to the product after modification are not accepted.
If there is a malfunction in the modified part of your vehicle, please contact the office or service station. Unauthorized disassembly of damaged components is prohibited Otherwise, if the warranty conditions are lost, the user will not bear the cost of repairing the parts themselves.
Vehicles subject to quality warranty will only bear the cost of accessories and maintenance, and will not be responsible for any indirect losses (such as road maintenance fees, insurance premiums, loan losses, operating profits, etc.) beyond the quality warranty.
Users refuse or prevent service personnel from inspecting, analyzing, and identifying vehicles under various excuses, and are responsible for any consequences and losses resulting from this.

Vehicle warranty conditions and items

1. Chassis section
For chassis services, users should follow the requirements of the chassis manufacturer's quality assurance manual and go to the local chassis manufacturer's service station for running in maintenance and mileage maintenance. The maintenance conditions and items should be carried out according to the chassis manufacturer's regulations. If there is a problem, you can go to the chassis service station for maintenance with a valid quality warranty manual (which has undergone maintenance and mileage maintenance according to regulations and stamped with the service station seal). If quality problems occur due to failure to go to the chassis manufacturer's service station for running in maintenance and mileage warranty, the consequences shall be borne by the user themselves
2. Modification section
If the modified parts (tank installation, hydraulic system) are damaged due to product quality issues within one year from the date of purchase by the user, free warranty will be provided (except for special provisions below).
(1) Hydraulic oil filter element, 0-type sealing ring and other consumables are not within the scope of free warranty.
(2) Free six-month warranty for operating flexible axles and tugboats.
(3) For products outside the warranty period, you can contact the nearest office or service station, and all costs will be borne by the user.
(4) For the parts that have undergone quality warranty, repair is the main focus, and for those that cannot be repaired, the smallest unit of damaged parts should be replaced to solve the problem.
(5) Products that have not undergone normal maintenance and upkeep will not be covered by warranty if they malfunction.
3. Service Commitment
(1) Promise to provide users with a clear response on the same day as receiving service information from them.
(2) For the modification part, if it is deemed necessary to provide on-site service to the user, we promise to arrive at the user's site within 24 hours within 500 kilometers (from various service stations, the same below). 500-1000 kilometers, arrive within 36 hours.
(3) The main methods of conducting a user visit once every 3 to 6 months after using the product are telephone access, communication access, and on-site visits by personnel.
(4) We will provide training to users on the operation, maintenance, and precautions of the modified parts.
