3. Mixing tank body: mixing drum is the key component of the whole mixing truck, is the container of concrete storage, to prevent concrete curing, segregation plays a decisive role. There are blades inside the tank, which mainly play the role of stirring and guiding materials.

4. Discharging system: it is mainly composed of main discharge chute, auxiliary discharge chute, locking rod, etc. The auxiliary discharge chute plays the role of extending the length of the main discharge chute.

5. Cleaning system: The cleaning system is mainly composed of pressure water tank, water gun, water pipe, valve, etc. Air pressure water supply is adopted, and the main function is to flush the hopper after loading and the mixing cylinder and discharge tank after discharging to prevent concrete from bonding.

6. Sub-frame: The sub-frame of the mixer truck is the main load-bearing part, and the load during operation is almost always supported by it and then transmitted to the chassis. The subframe also plays a role in alleviating the impact load formed by road bumps and deceleration. The whole sub-frame is composed of main beam, front support frame and back support frame.

7. Control system: The operating system is composed of controller, linkage shaft, flexible shaft and linkage mechanism, which mainly controls the speed and rotation direction of the mixing drum.

8. Supporting wheel system: the part where the rear of the mixing tank is connected with the sub-frame, which mainly supports the roller body.

9. Feeding system: mainly by the feed hopper and bracket composition, feed hopper due to impact wear is larger, the material requirements of good wear resistance, the bracket to play a role in reducing the impact.

10. Circuit system: mainly refers to the entire circuit of the mixer truck, including the taillights, side marker lights, gallery lights, cooling fan motors, etc.

Vehicle warranty conditions and items

1. Chassis section
For chassis services, users should follow the requirements of the chassis manufacturer's quality assurance manual and go to the local chassis manufacturer's service station for running in maintenance and mileage maintenance. The maintenance conditions and items should be carried out according to the chassis manufacturer's regulations. If there is a problem, you can go to the chassis service station for maintenance with a valid quality warranty manual (which has undergone maintenance and mileage maintenance according to regulations and stamped with the service station seal). If quality problems occur due to failure to go to the chassis manufacturer's service station for running in maintenance and mileage warranty, the consequences shall be borne by the user themselves
2. Modification section
If the modified parts (tank installation, hydraulic system) are damaged due to product quality issues within one year from the date of purchase by the user, free warranty will be provided (except for special provisions below).
(1) Hydraulic oil filter element, 0-type sealing ring and other consumables are not within the scope of free warranty.
(2) Free six-month warranty for operating flexible axles and tugboats.
(3) For products outside the warranty period, you can contact the nearest office or service station, and all costs will be borne by the user.
(4) For the parts that have undergone quality warranty, repair is the main focus, and for those that cannot be repaired, the smallest unit of damaged parts should be replaced to solve the problem.
(5) Products that have not undergone normal maintenance and upkeep will not be covered by warranty if they malfunction.
3. Service Commitment
(1) Promise to provide users with a clear response on the same day as receiving service information from them.
(2) For the modification part, if it is deemed necessary to provide on-site service to the user, we promise to arrive at the user's site within 24 hours within 500 kilometers (from various service stations, the same below). 500-1000 kilometers, arrive within 36 hours.
(3) The main methods of conducting a user visit once every 3 to 6 months after using the product are telephone access, communication access, and on-site visits by personnel.
(4) We will provide training to users on the operation, maintenance, and precautions of the modified parts.
