Quality Warranty Principles for 1. Mixing Transporters
The concrete mixer truck shall meet the "quality warranty conditions" stipulated in this principle. Under the conditions of use in strict accordance with the requirements of the product instructions, if the modified part is unqualified or defective in quality due to product design, manufacturing, materials, assembly and adjustment, etc., the damage caused by failure shall be given warranty service.
The warranty principle is based on repair. If the corresponding damaged parts cannot be repaired and replaced, they shall be solved in the form of minimum parts unit. Repairs after changes to the product are not accepted.
If the modified part of your vehicle is malfunctioning, please contact the office or service station. Do not remove damaged parts without permission. Otherwise, the loss of warranty conditions will not bear the maintenance costs of the parts repaired by the user.
Vehicles with quality warranty shall only bear the cost of accessories and maintenance and shall not bear any indirect loss costs (road maintenance fees, insurance premiums, loan losses, operating profits, etc.) other than the quality warranty.
Users refuse and prevent service personnel from inspecting, analyzing and appraising vehicles with various excuses. Users are responsible for the consequences and all losses caused by this.
2. Mixing Truck Warranty Conditions and Items
1. Chassis part
For the service of the chassis part, the user shall go to the local service station of the chassis manufacturer for running-in maintenance and mileage maintenance according to the requirements of the quality warranty manual of the chassis manufacturer. The maintenance conditions and items shall be carried out according to the provisions of the chassis manufacturer. If there is a problem, you can go to the chassis service station for maintenance with the effective quality warranty manual (maintenance and mileage maintenance have been done according to regulations, and the service station stamp has been stamped). If quality problems occur due to failure to go to the chassis manufacturer's service station for running maintenance and mileage warranty, the user shall bear the consequences.
2. Modified part
If the modified part (tank body loading and hydraulic system) is damaged due to product quality problems within one year from the date of purchase, free warranty shall be implemented (except for the following special provisions).
(1) The consumable parts such as hydraulic oil filter element and 0-type sealing ring are not covered by the free warranty.
(2) The flexible shaft and tugboat are guaranteed for half a year free of charge.
(3) For products beyond the warranty period, you can contact the nearest office or service station, and the cost is borne by the user.
(4) For the part of the quality warranty, repair is given priority to, and the minimum parts unit of the corresponding damaged parts that cannot be repaired shall be replaced.
(5) When a product that has not undergone normal maintenance fails, it will not be guaranteed.
3. Service Commitment
(1) Promise to give users a clear answer on the same day after receiving user service information.
(2) For the modified part, if it is considered necessary to go to the user's site for service, it is promised to arrive within 500 kilometers (from all service stations, the same below) within 24 hours. 500-1000km, within 36 hours.
(3) The main methods of a user visit to the user within 3 to 6 months of using the product are telephone access, communication access, and on-site visits.
(4) The user will be trained in the operation, maintenance and precautions of the modified part.
